Professional Fiduciary Fee Schedule

Professional Fiduciary Hourly Rate:
$225 – $275 per hour

Support Staff Hourly Rate:
$125 – $150 per hour

Scope of Services
These rates apply to all fiduciary and administrative services, which may include:

• Management of day-to-day financial matters and bill payment

• Oversight of bank, investment, insurance, and benefit-related matters

• Coordination of care, advocacy, and communication with care providers

• Collaboration with attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, and medical professionals

• Review, organization, and maintenance of client records and documentation

• Preparation of routine reports, summaries, and updates as needed

• Oversight of real property, household needs, and vendor relationships

• General case management and ongoing client support

Support Staff Services
Support staff assist under fiduciary supervision and may handle:

• Administrative and document organization

• Scheduling and communication with vendors, caregivers, and service providers

• Preparing routine correspondence and filing

• Gathering financial information and assisting with recordkeeping

• Coordinating appointments, service calls, and household needs

Billing Practices

• Services are billed in 15-minute increments

• Travel time is billed at the applicable hourly rate
